  International Shipping
   
  International Shipping can generally be grouped into two categories, freight transport and package transport.
  Here below, we focus on package transport only and hope this will help you. The following information is provided by James Tung from www.donhot.com, the CSR of Donhot.com.
   
  1. Shipping Couriers and companies:
  There are two kinds of shipping couriers or companies, expedited shipping and standard shipping.
  Expedited Shipping: UPS, DHL, FedEx are three most frequently used and the largest Global shipping companies. They have strong capability of Customs Clearance and Delivery. They belong to the expedited shipping companies.
   
  Standard Shipping: Standard Shipping usually refers to the National Postal System or companies of each country. Like, USPS in United States, Parcelforce of UK, EMS in China, auspost.com.au in Australia, www.post.japanpost.jp in Japan and so on.
   
  2. Shipping time:
  For international shipping via expedited shipping, it takes less shipping time than shipping via standard shipping. Each expedited shipping company has many optional services, and international shipping time varies ranging from 24 hour to 5 days.
  For international shipping via standard shipping, it usually takes about 7 to 14 days.
   
  No matter what shipping method you use, there is always a unique tracking number of your package. You can ask the shipping courier or seller for it. Then you can track it online and see where your package exactly is every day.
   
  3. Shipping fee:
  Shipping fee is calculated based on the following terms.
  A. weight of package
  B. size of a package
  C. shipping method
  D. destination or distance
  E. value of your package and so on

  How to check my orders and order status?

  It couldn’t be easier, please log in your account on our site. In your Donhot.com account, you can check the following information of yours: orders, payment, profile, message, change point, level, and favorites. You can also contact us by email: service@donhot.com and support@donhot.com

• Do I have to pay import tax? - 01/05/2008

  Do I have to pay import tax when purchasing from Donhot.com?

  Donhot.com doesn’t add taxes, VAT, or other hidden charges. You pay what you see on the order screen, i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost.

  For most of the time, saying 98%, Donhot.com will keep our customer from been charged with import taxes. However, Donhot.com does not have responsibility on this. If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). We can’t calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone, please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods.

  Please find out as much as you can about import taxes in your own country before completing your order. If you find out information about the import tax situation in your country, and you believe there are ways to minimize the taxes you have to pay (or eliminate the taxes altogether), just tell us what you need by writing instructions (regarding labeling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc.) in the comments field during checkout. We are more than happy to follow your instructions and prevent you from being charged with taxes. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
